How Do I Measure For My Bracelet?
We recommend you take a string and wrap it around your wrist. Take a ruler and measure the string. Send this measurement to us and we will add ½ inch for comfort.
What If The Bracelet I Want To Buy Has Large Beads?
The larger the beads, the more room it would take on your wrist. For example, a 7.25 inch bracelet is not a true 7.25 inches. Please take this into consideration when ordering. We recommend you take one size larger than you would normally order.
How Do Your Magnetic Clasps Work? It took us a while to curate a very strong clasp. You will need to slide it apart to remove it instead of pulling it apart. <VIDEO>
What Length Necklace Should I Choose Or Order?

First, you should consider your build. If you are very petite the necklace will hang longer. If you are curvier, the necklace will hang shorter. See the diagram for examples of how our necklaces hang on an average build.
Does Your Jewelry Contain Any Nickel?
No, none of our jewelry contains nickel.
How Do I Care For My Jewelry?
Keep it simple. Mild soap and water is a classic cleaning combo for a reason. This simple solution makes quick work of cleaning spots, dirt, and general grime without causing damage.
To clean your jewelry, mix a few drops of liquid dish soap with a few cups of warm water. Place your jewelry in the mixture for 30 seconds. Remove and use a soft clean cloth or jewelry polishing cloth to wipe dry and buff out any spots.
For heavier cleaning, use a soft bristled toothbrush followed with the jewelry polishing cloth. Always let the jewelry dry completely before storing.
To prevent sterling silver from tarnishing, keep in an air-tight bag with anti-tarnishing paper.

How Can I Tell If An Item is Custom vs In Stock?
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is in stock and ready to ship, or if your order needs to be custom made.
Both are handmade but the in stock listings are shipment ready while the custom order products take time to be created for you.
When Will I Receive My Order?
A typical processing time I need to prepare an In Stock, standard order can take up to two weeks.
For custom design orders, it can take up to four weeks to dispatch.
